He listened, observed, interacted, responded, supported and delivered the wishes of his clients.  There were no hidden costs, no cost overruns, nor errors that delayed the project completion.  He expertly worked with the construction company to bring our vision to a realistic culmination of aesthetics and function…Among the 330 million dollars of construction projects on this campus in the last 12 years, this was clearly the finest.
