Athens Technical College selected Jericho Design group to spearhead the design of its new cutting-edge Industrial Systems Technology Building. This new 39,000 square foot facility houses innovative academic programs designed to prepare students for careers in industries vital to regional growth, including Air Conditioning Technology, Mechatronics, and Industrial Systems Technology as well Economic Development Services. The project consisted of the demolition of the existing stand-alone structure and the design and construction of the new Industrial Systems Technology Building. which more than tripled the College’s capacity for equipment and education and includes technical, manufacturing and computer labs, general classrooms, a presentation conference room for use with prospective and existing industry partners, common areas, and parking.
