Dawson County Emergency 911/Emergency Operations Center

Jericho Design Group has been tasked with creating a new 5100 square foot state of the art Emergency 911/Emergency Operations Center for Dawson County. This new facility will meet the operational needs of both E911 and Emergency Management Services (EOC) with a 24/7 operational efficiency and sufficient space for present and future requirements. Jericho partnered closely with the client to clarify and create a plan for future growth and development. The comprehensive design includes functional areas such as entry/lobby/reception, kitchen facilities, separate E911 and EOC operation rooms, staff offices, bunk rooms, meeting rooms, locker rooms, and IT maintenance spaces. The plan encompasses site development, utilities tie-in, landscaping, and coordination of construction phasing to minimize disturbance to adjacent businesses and residents. The project also involves coordination with Federal Engineering for the implementation of a new county-wide public safety radio system.
