Jericho Design Group was honored to collaborate with the City of Dawsonville on an ambitious endeavor: the creation of a master plan for downtown redevelopment. This comprehensive plan encompasses a diverse array of components, ranging from retail and hospitality establishments to restaurants, offices, and medical facilities. At the heart of the redevelopment initiative lies the focal point of a city hall, serving as a central hub for civic activities and administration. Integrated throughout the revitalized downtown area are pocket parks designed to infuse the city with character and foster community engagement. Our partnership aims to breathe new life into Dawsonville’s downtown, creating a vibrant and dynamic urban center that reflects the spirit and aspirations of its residents while preserving its unique heritage.
