Jericho Design Group worked with Hawthorne Ventures’ to design a vibrant 2-story, 30,000 square foot development known as Trackside Station. The new building, on West Main Street, offers an array of opportunities for offices, retail shops, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants. Each suite’s exterior was designed with a thoughtful mix of stone, brick, stucco, and siding, to complement and enhance the area’s existing charm. The development’s distinctive features include a terrace-level stone colonnade, an expansive mezzanine-level deck, and inviting covered breezeways, fostering a unique atmosphere for tenants and visitors alike. Retail spaces ranging from 1,705 Square foot to over 6,000 Square foot, cater to a diverse array of merchants, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic shopping experience. Adding to its allure, Trackside Station is accompanied by a two-level parking deck offering 186 parking spaces, conveniently situated in the heart of Historic Blue Ridge. This comprehensive development is set to become a cornerstone of Blue Ridge’s retail landscape, offering a blend of modern amenities and classic charm.
