Oconee Fall Line Technical College’s Sandersville campus came to Jericho Design Group to transform an old jail building into a modern academic facility, reflecting the same function and aesthetic characteristics as contemporary buildings on other OFTC campuses. Using a two-phase construction plan, Jericho Design Group worked with the client to create additions and renovations. Phase I was 7,773 square foot that included three classrooms, a diesel shop, and associated program support spaces. Phase two accommodates the future build-out for a 3,792 square foot Diesel Program Lab.
