Jericho Design Group provided architectural and interior design services for the renovation and repurposing of 8,202 SF within Roswell City Hall. Known as the Resident & Business Services Center, the project centralizes multiple city services into one accessible, customer-focused location, creating a more streamlined experience for residents, businesses, and contractors.
The renovated space supports a variety of public-facing services, including utility billing, sanitation and recycling, property taxes, Recreation & Parks services, permitting, and licensing. The project scope included renovation of customer service and IT Department interiors, a new first floor lobby reception desk, and exterior design improvements to create a more welcoming plaza entrance with pavers and new site furnishings.
The Resident & Business Services Center provides a more connected, efficient, and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with Roswell City Hall.
