Tolbert Street Utilization Study and Master Plan

Jericho Design Group partnered with Forsyth County on an initiative aimed at enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of the Tolbert Street Campus. As part of this collaboration, our team undertook the task of developing a comprehensive master site plan that not only consolidates the offices of Public Facilities and Recycling Departments, but also includes a Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate for construction improvements. Central to this project was the revitalization of the public works facility, encompassing elements such as lobby areas, offices, cubicle spaces, restrooms, storage facilities, and workshops. Leveraging our expertise in programming, planning, site planning, architecture, and conceptual design, Jericho Design Group delivered a master plan that exceeded the client’s expectations. The plan ensured a seamless integration of functionality, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal throughout the Tolbert Street Campus.
